Freddie Sandberg Joins Deltra as Head of M&A
Deltra is strengthening its organization to support continued growth and acquisition-led expansion through the appointment of Freddie Sandberg as its new Head of M&A.
Freddie joined Deltra on June 1, 2026, and will be responsible for the company’s M&A agenda, including the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic acquisitions across the Nordics and the rest of Europe.

Freddie brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. He began his career at PwC in London, where he worked in audit and transaction advisory between 2015 and 2019. He then joined Alvarez & Marsal in Stockholm, where he spent the years 2020–2026 advising corporates, entrepreneurs, and private equity firms on acquisitions and divestments.
