Deltra acquires RL Gruppen, strengthening its offering in consumables and logistics products
Deltra has acquired RL Gruppen, further strengthening its position within consumables and logistics products.
RL Gruppen is a well-established, full-service supplier of labels, packing materials, packaging and office consumables, with an efficient warehousing and logistics operation and fast deliveries to customers across the Nordic region. The acquisition also includes the subsidiary Iwaco AB, which specialises in industrial permanent marking. By becoming part of Deltra, RL Gruppen gains access to a stronger commercial platform, increased resources and new opportunities to further develop both its product range and customer relationships.
