Deltra acquires Nermans Märksystem AB.
Deltra announces today that it has acquired all shares in Nermans Märksystem AB, an established specialist in industrial marking and product identification systems with more than 100 years of industry experience.
The acquisition is a strategic step in Deltra’s continued development, broadening its offering, strengthening its market position, and expanding its competence base within technically advanced marking systems and service.

Nermans Märksystem will continue to operate under its current brand and maintain its existing organisation. Through Deltra’s structure, purchasing power and distribution platform, the company will gain greater opportunities for expansion, while customers will benefit from a broader range of products and services.
